Perry Mason's office phone number was broadcast for the first time on January 11, 1958 in The Case of the Sun Bather's Diary. In this episode Perry is attempting to locate client Arlene Dowling's missing trailer and the diary hidden therein. He places a classified ad in the newspaper which lists his name and phone number, MA 5-1190 (625-1190). Interestingly, the Madison exchange covers Hollywood and Huntington Park, while Perry Mason's office is located in downtown Los Angeles in the fictional Brent Building.
Della Street's phone number was introduced earlier in The Case of the Crimson Kiss, which aired November 9, 1957. Della's number is Hollywood 2-1799.
